PENGARUH LANGSUNG KINERJA PELAYANAN PELABUHAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN PENGGUNA JASA KEPELABUHANAN DI PELABUHAN TANJUNG PRIOK

Abstract


The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze port service user satisfaction that was influenced by port service performance and the application of Inaportnet information technology at Tanjung Priok Port in 2019. The study was conducted at Tanjung Priok Port using quantitative methods, with the number of research samples taken based on 62 sample. Data is collected through instruments in the form of a statement sheet with a Likert scale model that has been tested. To solve the problem the author uses two methods of data collection, namely, first the method of collecting data in the form of field data and library data. Both methods of data analysis use linear regression analysis, simple correlation, partial or simultaneous and path analysis. Based on the results of the study show that the influence of port service performance on the application of Inaportnet information technology at Tanjung Priok Port so that the effect is significant; the influence of port service performance on port user satisfaction at Tanjung Priok Port so that the effect is significant; the influence of the application of Inaportnet information technology on the satisfaction of port users at Tanjung Priok Port so that the influence is significant and the indirect effect of port service performance on port service user satisfaction is significant. at Tanjung Priok Port is 58.2% and the application of information technology Inaportnet can be an intermediary for port service performance towards port user service satisfaction.
