PENGARUH KOMPENSASI, DISIPLIN KERJA, DAN KESELAMATAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. ADHI KARYA INDAH CILACAP
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of compensation, work discipline, and work safety on the performance of employees of PT. Adhi Karya Indah Cilacap. The number of respondents in this study were 50 respondents using the survey method. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis and t-test. The results of the analysis are as follows: The variables of compensation, work discipline, and work safety have an influence on performance, this is evidenced by the t-count value of these variables is greater than the t-table value. From the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the variables of compensation, work discipline, and work safety have an effect on the performance of employees at PT. Adhi Karya Indah Cilacap.
