MERAIH KEPUASAN KONSUMEN DENGAN SALAM PADA LEMBAGA KEUANGAN SYARI’AH
Abstract
Consumer satisfaction is the goal of the services performed by the financial institution of Shariah. Many things are done in order to achieve customer satisfaction. One of them with greetings. Salam is a form of communication between a person or group to the other in accordance with the rules applicable. In the greeting should be a clear voice, a good tone, a friendly nature and in a timely manner. With greetings before and after the transaction there will be a strong bond between consumers and financial institutions Shari'ah. With the strong ties the sustainability of consumers in the shari'ah financial institutions will be maintained.
