KOMUNIKASI ISAMI DALAM MEMBANGUN KINERJA ORGANISASI
Abstract
The context of the organization in a society predominantly Muslim becomes tendensius for the survival of the organization, the rules that exist in the culture of Islam into something that is suggested to follow and carried. Concepts, models and values contained in an organization is the initial interpretation of the identity of the organization in the eyes of ordinary people in the economic, political and social, wether the organization is the organization in general and the organization of Islamic taje religious concepts that taken from tha basicsthat exist in the body of Islam it self. Islamically organizational culture is a container gathering of people who have been ingrained in the structure of Islam as the basic moves and effort in order to achieve the organization’s goals for benefit and blessing of Allah SWT
